Refund and Cancellation Policy

At BookGadi, we aim for a flexible experience. Our refund and cancellation rules are as follows:

• Cancellation Charges: * If you cancel your booking 24 hours before the scheduled time, no cancellation fee will be charged.

  • If you cancel within 4 to 24 hours of the journey, a 10% cancellation fee may apply.

  • Cancellations made less than 4 hours before pickup or "No-Shows" will result in a 25% or fixed convenience fee charge.

• Refund Process: If you have made an advance payment and are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI) within 5-7 working days.

• Service Failure: In the rare event that we are unable to provide a cab due to mechanical failure or unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund of the advance amount will be issued.

• Waiting Charges: Standard waiting time is 30 minutes. Post that, waiting charges may apply as per company policy.
