• Pricing: Our quotes include fuel, driver allowance, and basic toll/tax as mentioned during booking. Any extra kilometers or parking charges must be paid by the customer.

• Driver Conduct: Our drivers are instructed to follow all traffic rules. Customers are requested not to pressure drivers for over-speeding.

• Prohibited Items: Carrying illegal items, explosives, or contraband in our vehicles is strictly prohibited.
