Cancellation and Returns

You may cancel the booking 24 hour prior to the time of journey, without any cancellation charges for all services. In case cancellation or shorting of the trip is requested within 24 hours of the pick-up time, then following rules will apply:

1. For any cancellation before 24 Hours of the Pick-up time applicable Transactional charges will be deducted.

2. For any cancellation within 12 Hours of the Pick-up time No money will be refunded.

3. For any international booking & payment 5% will be charged extra (Above the fare).

4. For complete cab booking if cancelled before 12 Hours of the Pick-up time 30% of the complete amount will be deducted.

5. For complete cab booking if cancelled before 24 Hours of the Pick-up time 100% of the amount will be refunded after deducting applicable charges.

6. For complete cab booking if cancelled within 12 Hours of the Pick-up time No amount will be refunded.
